Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership payments
Membership fees are paid weekly via the member’s nominated payment method.
Memberships are ongoing and will continue until cancelled in accordance with these terms.
Cancellation
A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel a membership.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to [email protected].
Membership fees remain payable during the 30-day notice period. Verbal cancellation requests or messages provided to coaches or other staff do not constitute notice of cancellation.
Membership suspension
Members may suspend their membership for up to 4 weeks in total per calendar year.
Suspension requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] at least 7 days before the requested suspension start date.
Suspensions cannot be applied retrospectively and unused suspension time does not carry over into the following calendar year.
Membership use
Memberships are personal to the member and are non-transferable.
The member is responsible for ensuring their nominated payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds available for scheduled membership payments.
Changes to membership terms
The M A Connection may amend membership fees or these terms from time to time by providing members with reasonable notice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
Acceptance
By purchasing a membership and accepting these terms electronically, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions.
