1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The MA Connection's services, website, or facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Membership & Training

  • All members must complete a registration form and sign a waiver before participating in any training.
  • Members under 18 require a parent or guardian's signature.
  • Membership fees are due as per your selected payment plan. Late payments may result in suspension of access.
  • Trial memberships are subject to specific terms outlined at the time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership at our discretion.

3. Health & Safety

  • You acknowledge that martial arts training carries inherent risks of injury.
  • You confirm that you are physically fit to participate or have obtained medical clearance.
  • You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries to your coach before training.
  • The MA Connection is not liable for injuries sustained during training, competitions, or use of facilities.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Treat all members, coaches, and staff with respect.
  • Maintain proper hygiene — clean gi/rashguard, trimmed nails, no jewellery on the mats.
  • Aggressive, dangerous, or unsportsmanlike behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal.
  • Follow coach instructions at all times during training.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Membership cancellations require written notice as per your membership agreement.
  • Trial memberships and class packs are non-refundable once used.
  • We may offer pro-rata refunds at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and videos — is the property of The MA Connection and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
